개인정보처리방침

KStoryTelling(이하 “회사”)은 kstorytelling.com 및 그 하위 서비스(이하 “서비스”)를 운영하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하고 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 어떤 정보를 수집하고, 무엇을 위해 사용하며, 어떻게 보관·파기하는지를 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

회사는 사상·신념, 정치적 견해, 건강, 성생활 등 민감정보와 고유식별정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 개인정보의 이용 목적

• 회원 식별 및 로그인, 계정 관리
• 광고 소재 생성·수정·확정 및 게시 등 서비스 제공
• 크레딧 결제·차감·환불 처리 및 이용 내역 관리
• 문의 응대, 공지 및 서비스 관련 안내
• 부정 이용 방지, 서비스 안정성 확보 및 통계 분석

회사는 수집한 개인정보를 위 목적 외의 용도로 이용하지 않으며, 목적이 변경되는 경우 사전에 동의를 받습니다.

3. Google 사용자 데이터의 이용 (Google API Services User Data Policy)

이용자가 유튜브 채널을 연결하면, 회사는 Google 계정 로그인을 통해 아래 권한만 요청합니다. 비밀번호는 수집하지 않습니다.

요청 권한	용도
YouTube 동영상 업로드 권한 (youtube.upload)	이용자가 직접 확정한 광고 영상을 이용자 본인의 채널에 업로드하기 위해서만 사용합니다.
YouTube 채널 조회 권한 (youtube.readonly)	연결된 채널의 이름과 식별자를 확인해 화면에 표시하고, 업로드 대상 채널을 특정하기 위해 사용합니다.

회사는 위 권한으로 기존에 업로드된 다른 영상을 열람·수정·삭제하지 않으며, 채널 설정을 변경하지 않습니다.

Limited Use 준수

회사의 Google 사용자 데이터 이용 및 타 앱으로의 전송은 Google API Services User Data Policy(Limited Use 요건 포함)를 준수합니다. 구체적으로 회사는 다음을 약속합니다.

• Google 사용자 데이터는 이용자가 서비스 화면에서 직접 확인할 수 있는 기능(광고 게시)을 제공하기 위해서만 사용합니다.
• Google 사용자 데이터를 광고 플랫폼, 데이터 브로커, 정보 판매업자 등 제3자에게 판매하거나 이전하지 않습니다.
• Google 사용자 데이터를 광고 노출, 리타게팅, 맞춤형·관심기반 광고에 사용하지 않습니다.
• Google 사용자 데이터를 신용평가나 대출 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
• 회사 직원이 Google 사용자 데이터를 열람하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 명시적으로 동의한 경우, 보안 목적상 필요한 경우, 법령 준수를 위해 필요한 경우, 또는 내부 운영을 위해 식별할 수 없도록 집계·익명화한 경우는 예외로 합니다.

권한 철회

이용자는 언제든지 서비스 내 「내 채널 연결」 화면에서 「연결 해제」를 눌러 권한을 회수할 수 있으며, 이 경우 회사가 보관하던 권한 토큰은 즉시 삭제됩니다. 또한 Google 보안 설정 페이지에서도 직접 회사 앱의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.

4. YouTube API 서비스 이용 고지

본 서비스는 YouTube API Services를 사용합니다. 본 서비스를 이용함으로써 이용자는 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의하게 됩니다. Google이 수집·이용하는 정보에 관하여는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

5. Meta(Facebook·Instagram) 데이터의 이용

이용자가 페이스북·인스타그램 계정을 연결하면, 회사는 Facebook 공식 로그인을 통해 아래 정보에 접근합니다.

• 이용자가 관리 권한을 가진 페이스북 페이지 목록과 각 페이지에 연결된 인스타그램 비즈니스 계정의 이름·식별자
• 이용자가 선택한 페이지·계정에 게시하기 위한 접근 토큰(암호화 저장)

해당 정보는 이용자가 확정한 광고를 선택한 페이지·계정에 게시하는 용도로만 사용하며, 개인 프로필의 친구 목록·게시물·메시지 등 다른 정보에는 접근하지 않습니다. 연결 해제 및 삭제 방법은 데이터 삭제 요청 안내를 참고해 주세요.

6. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 아래의 경우는 예외로 합니다.

• 이용자가 직접 게시를 요청하여, 확정한 광고 콘텐츠를 이용자가 선택한 플랫폼(YouTube, Facebook, Instagram 등)에 전송하는 경우
• 법령에 특별한 규정이 있거나, 수사기관이 법령에 정해진 절차에 따라 요청하는 경우

7. 개인정보 처리의 위탁

회사는 위탁 계약 시 개인정보 보호 관련 의무를 명시하고, 수탁자가 이를 준수하는지 관리·감독합니다.

8. 개인정보의 보유 및 파기

• 회원 정보: 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보유하며, 탈퇴 후 지체 없이 파기합니다.
• 채널 권한 토큰: 연결 해제 또는 회원 탈퇴 시 즉시 삭제합니다.
• 광고 생성·게시 기록: 분쟁 대응을 위해 서비스 이용 종료 후 3년간 보유 후 파기합니다.
• 관련 법령에서 보존 기간을 정한 경우(예: 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률에 따른 계약·결제·분쟁 처리 기록)에는 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.

전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하고, 출력물은 분쇄 또는 소각합니다.

9. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 회원 정보의 열람·정정은 서비스 내 「회원 정보」 화면에서 직접 하실 수 있습니다. 계정 및 데이터의 삭제, 처리정지 요청은 데이터 삭제 요청 안내에 따라 접수해 주시면 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리합니다. 법정대리인을 통한 요청도 가능합니다.

10. 쿠키의 사용

회사는 로그인 상태 유지, 언어 설정 기억, 서비스 이용 분석을 위해 쿠키를 사용합니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 로그인 등 일부 기능이 정상 동작하지 않을 수 있습니다.

11. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

• 비밀번호 및 채널 권한 토큰 암호화 저장
• 전 구간 HTTPS(SSL) 암호화 통신
• 개인정보 처리 담당자 최소화 및 접근 권한 관리
• 서버 접근 통제와 정기적인 보안 점검

12. 만 14세 미만 아동

회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 회원가입을 받지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 수집된 사실을 알게 된 경우 지체 없이 파기합니다.

그 밖에 개인정보 침해에 대한 신고·상담이 필요하신 경우 아래 기관에 문의하실 수 있습니다.

14. 개인정보처리방침의 변경

본 방침의 내용이 변경되는 경우, 시행일 최소 7일 전부터 서비스 공지사항을 통해 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경의 경우에는 최소 30일 전에 알립니다.

Privacy Policy (English)

KStoryTelling (“we”, “us”) operates kstorytelling.com and its sub-services (the “Service”). This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how we store it, and how you can remove it. Where this English version differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.

1. Information we collect

• Account — email address, name or nickname, password (stored encrypted), social login identifier.
• Advertising requests — brand or company name, contact details, ad content, photos you upload.
• Channel connections — the name and identifier of the channel, page or account you connect; the publishing access token (stored encrypted); a blog address you enter.
• Usage records — credit purchases and deductions, ad creation, revision and publishing history.
• Automatically collected — IP address, browser and device information, access time, cookies.

We do not collect sensitive categories of data such as beliefs, political opinions, health or sexual life, nor national identification numbers.

2. How we use it

To identify you and manage your account; to create, revise, confirm and publish advertising material; to process credit payments, deductions and refunds; to respond to enquiries and send service notices; and to prevent abuse, keep the Service stable and produce aggregate statistics. We do not use your information for any other purpose without your prior consent.

3. Google user data (Google API Services User Data Policy)

When you connect a YouTube channel, we request only the following scopes through Google’s official sign-in. We never receive your password.

• youtube.upload — used solely to upload an ad video that you have confirmed to your own channel.
• youtube.readonly — used to read your channel’s name and identifier so we can display it and target the correct channel.

We do not view, edit or delete your other videos, and we do not change your channel settings.

Limited Use. KStoryTelling’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We use Google user data only to provide user-facing features that are prominent in the Service (publishing your ad).
• We do not sell or transfer Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers.
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising.
• We do not use Google user data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes.
• No human at KStoryTelling reads Google user data, except where you have given explicit consent, where it is necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.

Revoking access. You may disconnect at any time from My Channels → Disconnect inside the Service, which immediately deletes the stored token. You may also revoke our app’s access directly at the Google security settings page.

4. YouTube API Services notice

This Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. For information Google collects and how it is used, please see the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) data

When you connect a Facebook account we access the list of Pages you administer, the name and identifier of any Instagram business account linked to those Pages, and an access token used to publish on the Page or account you select. We use this only to publish ads you have confirmed. We do not access your personal profile’s friends, posts or messages. See Data Deletion for how to remove this data.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except when you ask us to publish your confirmed ad to a platform you selected (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and similar), or where required by law or by a lawful request from an investigative authority.

7. Processors

ChemiCloud provides website hosting and server operation. daiops (KAI) generates advertising material from the ad brief text you enter; your account credentials and channel tokens are never sent to it. We require every processor to protect your data by contract and supervise their compliance.

8. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept until you close your account and then deleted without delay. Channel tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect or close your account. Ad creation and publishing records are kept for three years after your use of the Service ends, in order to handle disputes. Where Korean law requires a longer retention period for contract, payment or dispute records, we keep the data for that period. Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably; printed material is shredded or incinerated.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time, You can view and correct your account details yourself on the Profile screen. For deletion of your account or data, and for suspension of processing, please follow the Data Deletion instructions; we complete such requests within 7 business days.

10. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language, and analyse usage. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, but some features such as signing in may then not work.

11. Security

Passwords and channel tokens are stored encrypted; all traffic is served over HTTPS; the number of staff who can process personal data is kept to a minimum with managed access rights; and server access is controlled and reviewed regularly.

12. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have, we delete it without delay.
