Cafe Recommendation by Suwon Hwaseong Haenggung Palace: CONG Ca Phe

Cafe Recommendation by Suwon Hwaseong Haenggung Palace: CONG Ca Phe

Translated from the Korean original.

Have any of you neighbors ever been to Cong Cafe? This was my very first visit.

The conclusion: yes, I would go back.

I have never been to Vietnam, but looking at each little prop inside the cafe, I felt like I got a brief taste of what Vietnamese mood really is.

Maybe because Hwaseong Haenggung Palace is right next door, the building outside is a hanok, and that made it feel even warmer.

I have never been to Vietnam, but I did love banh mi. So it came to mind now and then, and it turns out they sell it here.

These days even display props are made so precisely that they look real, but this one.. anyone could tell lol So it made me doubt whether it would actually taste good.

Ah ..it made me realize props like these matter too, so if any of you neighbors run a restaurant, please do keep this in mind hehe

But the banh mi here was really“`~~~~ I want to eat it again!!

I should have tried Cong Cafe’s signature condensed milk coffee, but that day I went with my younger sister, and

because of a slight disagreement and my sister’s very T-type remarks, I was

a little worked up ㅠㅠ I felt like anything rich would turn my stomach, so I just ordered an Americano..haha ㅠㅠ

Just looking at it now makes me gulp, gulp!!!

Some of you neighbors are Vietnamese, right? Banh mi…how do you make it??

Ah~~~would it taste like this if I made it at home? I honestly want to fly to Vietnam just for banh mi~~

Surely some of our Vietnamese neighbors have a delicious banh mi recipe?

There must be, right? There has to be~!! hehe Please share the recipe ~~ I really really mean it!!!!!

Let’s share the good stuff together!!!!!! Plea~~~se !!
